The results of the experiments showing the role of the electrosuperficial phenomena in the process of flotational isolation of fine-emulsified alyphatic alcohols (heptyl, octyl, nonyl and decyl) and tributylphosphate (TBP) from their diluted (0.01 – 0.08 %) emulsions are delivered in this work.

The researches carried out have shown that the certain correlation between character of the electrosuperficial phenomena proceeding on the border of the phases liquid-air (electrokinetics potential of emulsions drops and electrokinetics potential of bubble of air), and the efficiency of the process of the flotation based on adsorphtion of emulsions drops by a surfsace of bubbles of air (mobile border of the phases liquid-air ) takes place. The greatest effectiveness of the process of the flotational isolation of extragents in the absence of the additives of stabilizers is achieved in weak-acid (pH 5 - 6, alcohols) and neutral (pH 7, TBP) media, approritate to isoelectrical (or close to it) conditions of drops of fine-emulsified extragent and of bubbles of air.

By adding to emulsions of small (1 – 14 mg/l) amounts of potassium soaps of the saturated fatty acid the isoelectrical point of emulsions drops and the maximal rate of flotational isolation of extragents is shifted to the area of the smaller pH. In termins of heterocoagulation model of flotational process the increase of the rate of isolational of fine-emulsified extragents in the area of isoelectrical (or close to it) conditions of their drops can be explained by the reduction of a energy barrier of pushing away contradicting to the adsorphtion of drops on a surface of a bubble of air.

The emulsions of extragents have been received by their ultrasonic dispersion in distilled water. The electrokinetics potential of emulsions drops and of the bubbles of air have been determined by microelectrophorez. The flotational processing of emulsions was carried out on the instrument for flotation by going through a solution of air dispersed by a porous material.
