The photocatalytic purifying is one of the perspective methods in the process of which reagents adsorption on the catalyse surface proceeds at the same time with organic moleculs destruction.

The sorption part study in the photocatalytic destruction processes of the Tetradecylpyridinium Cloride (TDPC) and Methylene Blue (MB) by TiO2 , and the influence of the sorbent structure in this processes were the task of our investigations. The opty pure samples of anatase and rutile with kation admixture contents not more than 1.10 -5 %, and TiO2 with two-phase structure of the particles, the nucleus of which was anatase and shell - rutile, were used as a sorbents. The TiO2 particles, which were formed by together grown globules with a deep microcrack, had a spherical form (20-50 mkm in diameter).

It was found, the TiO2 crystalline structure influenced on its sorption activity as regards to TDPC and MB. That, sorption value by anatase higher then rutile in 2 time, in spite of their specific surfaces are identical. The two-phase TiO2 sorption properties like to anatase, moreover, TiO2 with 65% anatase showed the highest sorption activity as regards to TDPC. The obtained adsorption isotermes of TDPC and MB concerned to L2-class of the C.Giles isotermes classification. TDPC and MB sorption kinetics by anatase and rutile proceed slowly in two stage. The sorption equilibrium put in 10-hour to TDPC and in 3-hour to MB.

It was ascertained the TDPC photodestruction velocity was not tied with adsorption processes by TiO2 unlike MB transformation velocity, which increases with samples sorption ability for growth.
