Analysis of the pharmaceutical publications and the previous experiments showed possibilities of the receiving combined antimicrobial preparation on the basis of the synthetic ceolit NaA by ionic-exchange of cautions of natrium on the active cautions of medicinal preparation. It is known, that it‘s the easiest, even on the normal condition ions of natrium in ceolits exchange with ions of ammonium. So, to adopt ceolit into the structure it was used compound ammonium – decamethoxinum–1,1–decametilenum-double (-N, N-dimetilmetoxicarbonil-metil) ammonium dichloride.

On the process, of ionic–exchange the nature of ions exchanging influences its concentration and its temperature. In connection with this, the experiments on the receiving combined preparations, first of all were turned on the investigation of mechanism and conditions of ionic – exchange.

For the investigation of ionic–exchange process was made a cell from glass. The cell consists of reaction vessel, provided with water capsule and mixer. Necessary temperature was kept with help of thermostat.

Adopted experiments were turned to the investigation turned to the investigation of the degree of substitution ions Na+ in ceolit on ions decametoxinum. For securing of the necessary degree of substitution was established the temperature of ionic–exchange – 100°C and concentration of solution of decametoxinum was 1% (per cent).

To establish the ionic–exchange were made spectroscopic analyses in the middle region of IR–spectrum (400–1300) cm.

It was received IR–spectrum of absorption ceolite, processing by decamthoxinum, which has possibility to inform with assurance about the

adoption of ions of decametoxinum into ceolit’s structure.

Microbiological experiments of the preparation, which was received, were made with the help of diffusion in jelly–like mass.

The filling of microbes was 500000 bodies of microbes. The standard test-microbes were used for experiments.

The standard test–microbes were used for experiments.

The dose of preparation for experiments is 100 mg/ml.

The results of the experiment are below, in the table.

The microbiological experiments, which were made, confirm the presence in the preparation al antimicrobial features, this gives a chance to receive on its basis a combined medicinal preparation with absorbtional and antimicrobial prolonged action.
