Vegetative mass is unique raw for deriving carbon materials, however, equivocation and variability of it composition, energy output of technological process and the low production characteristics handicap applying vegetative raw. The investigation of last years have shown [1 - 4] that it is possible to overcome the indicated lack development of know-how of deriving of carbon materials with multifunctional properties.

Our know-hows of carbon materials deriving are based on forming structurally - sorption properties of a wide spectrum operating. The obtained materials represent a two - phase system, at heat treatment we can be received the materials with various morphological structures , for example, the structures of a carbon and cellulose type, and also structures of implementation of mixed types.

It was shown, that the carbon materials have heightened oilcapacity, adjustable waterabsorption and buoyancy; chosen by us conditions of heat treatment promotes a raise of carbon material yield, that decrease the expenditure of energy on production and cost price. Due to presence of various structures of types it was possible to receive a carbon material, which can easily to immobilizate the consortium of microorganisms, capable to provide biodestruction of sorbed petroleum for short time (table).

Oilabsorption properties of carbon materials can be increase by making on their basis of composites by means of the introducing in a mixture of the vegetative raw components of with biologically active materials.

Is was drawn a conclusion about a possibility of making of a new type of carbon materials - biocarbon sorbents with a given complex of properties. Distinctive capacity of designed composite materials, which consist a carbon is high oilcapasity and effective biodestruction in various requirements, on

water, earth and on snow. The biosorbent is characterized by the heightened destructive activity concerning petroleum and stability to under temperatures, does not require the erasion from places of treating and salvaging.
