The opportunity of formation template anionic lattices or layered structures germanium-oxygen structures similarly represents practical and theoretical interest.

The purpose of the offered work was to find out a possibility of the template submolecular synthesis of the mesoporous molecular sieves on a basis of germanium dioxide and comparison of properties of such objects with silica analogues and crystal microporous germanate.

For the first time we carried out synthesis of the mesoporous molecular sieves on a basis of germanium dioxide and a role of various factors allowing is directed to change germanate structure has been established.

IR and XRD results have shown, that at formation hexagonal and layered germanium mesophase is exclusively in tetrahedron coordination with amorрнous wall structure, while at crystallization of microporous zeolite-like germanate, coordination of germanium is realized as tetragonal and hexagonal type.

The received results may be a basis for development of new approaches to synthesis of others applied oxide micro- and mesoporous semiconductor materials.
