The complex technology to recovery of the non-ferrous metals (Cu, Zn, Ni and so from) the solid galvanic sludge, by their initial Leaching, was developed. At
initial metal concentration not Less than 5-10% in the sludge. This technique seems to be economically protitable.
The solid sludge is Leaching with reagent solution, the mass ratio Liquid/solid 5:1. All of the metals (non-ferrous) pass into the Leachtant with 97–99 % yield.
Folloving metal recovery from the solution realises through electroextraction method, with 2 kWt/h per kg of metal energy consumption.
The Leaching solution after electroplating reuses to remove frehs part of the aludge. The solid residve (up to 80 % to initial) uses as addition to produce the building matherials, pigments, pirometallurgical melting, in dependence on its properties.
