Obtaining suspensions, characterizing colloidal degree of dispersibility, is conjugated as usually with the application of effective dispersing agent, capable to modify a surface of technical carbon. It is connected with the set of difficulties stipulated by high lyophilic of technical carbon particles. Moreover such suspensions are applied in different branches of a modern techniques including the materials required for the TV- devices obtaining.

For the quantitative characteristic of the colloid surface-active matter dispersing agent and gelatinous ability the adsorption of these matters from water solutions on the technical carbon surface has been developed by us. Under reaching of micellforming critical concentration particles of technical carbon with limit degree of dispersibility colloidally dispergate in micelles. Thus dispergating activity in that case is connected not only with the ability of a surface-active matter to modify a surface, but colloidally dispergate particles of technical carbon in micelles.

Evidently a formation of thermodynamic stable suspension, dispersible phase of which is not separated under centrifuging and is not detained by a filter takes place.

The results of our ivestigation may be used for improvement of the some technological processes connected with the electron-radial tubes production.
