Perfecting of the system of transportation containers chemical mechanized cleaning (ChMC) from the oil-products remnants is extremely important today as well as working out of new cleaning means, allowing minimizing the environment pollution damage. Nowadays it became one of the main requirements of the economically effective transport shipping exploitation under the condition of severe nature protection politics as to the contamination of the World Ocean and the Black Sea as a part of it.

The cleaning system in general seems to be the most conservative link in the chine of problems connected with the wastes-free technologies of transportation of heterogeneous tanker cargo categories. Rather great possibilities can be realized in search of cleaning means with pre-given properties; as they can improve the exploitation characteristics of the cleaning system existing on board. Meanwhile, the widely spread water cleaning solutions on the basis of the low-molecular synthetic surface-active substances (SAS) don’t posses the spectrum of properties, which could promote the system ChMC functioning as ecologically pure, providing minimum environment contamination. The drawbacks of such cleaning means are stable oil-water emulsion formation, appearance and storing of static electric charges, biological hardness of the water solution, which leads to the growth of both oil-products and surface-active substance contamination.

The present report objective is to draw the Symposium Members’ attention to the new alternative water cleaning means (WCM), which are based on the water-soluble high-molecular polymers (HMP) as main ingredients. The presented results are a part of fundamental and applied researches for creating ecologically safe cargo and fuel transport vessels system.

These researches have been held at Odessa State Center of Scientific-Technical and Economical Information

-The given principles became the basis for the Tanker system, which was worked out by us and suggested for the fulfillment of the following tasks:

-systematization of the experimental information set and obtaining the mathematical model of the given property of a cleaning substance;

-prediction of the fluid systems properties in the non-studied field of the parameters change;

-prediction of the stable and non-stable remnants mass in the container after the tanker cargo are flown out;

-prediction of the optimal technology of cargo tanks preparation for the given tanker cargo transportation after the oil-products have been flown down.

The Tanker system worked out by us is suggested for personal computer operation and oriented for a number of different cleaning substances.

The results can be formulated as follows:

1. The novel methodology and mathematical fundamentals of cleaning means choice for the cargo vessels chemical-mechanical system on the base of the poly-criteria approach to the correlation modeling among the criteria of the ChMC systems efficiency and the physics-chemical cleaning solutions properties have been worked out.

2. The novel water cleaning means class based on high molecular polymers, possessing high efficiency and minimizing the environment contamination ecological damage was suggested.

3. The optimal technology of the new class water cleaning means for different category of tanker cargoes was probated. It can be developed under the projecting of new systems of chemical-mechanical cargo containers cleaning, satisfying the growing requirements for lowering of the World Ocean and the Black Sea contamination rate.
